At King Jewelers, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your selection, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery in their original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account portal or contact our concierge team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label.

  Secure Your Package

  Place the item in its original designer packaging, including all certificates, warranty cards, and tags, and pack it securely inside a shipping box.

• 3.
  Ship to Our Boutique

  Affix the prepaid label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you obtain a receipt for tracking and insurance purposes.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our master jewelers verify the condition of the piece, your refund or exchange will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
